Quarterback de Oklahoma Kyler Murray vence troféu Heisman

Pelo segundo ano seguido, um quarterback da universidade de Oklahoma vence o troféu Heisman de melhor jogador universitário da temporada. Ano passado foi Baker Mayfield, dessa vez foi o dinâmico Kyler Murray que comandou o melhor ataque do futebol universitário ao título do Big 12 e aos playoffs.

O quarterback de Oklahoma ficou na frente de outros dois quaterbacks na votação final, Tua Tagovailoa de Alabama e Dwayne Haskins de Ohio State.

Murray terminou a temporada com 4.053 jardas passadas, 40 TDs aéreos, 7 interceptações , 892 jardas corridas e 11 TDs corridos.

Tagoivaloa teve 3.353 jardas passadas, 37 TDs aéreos, 4 Interceptações, 190 jardas corridas e 11 TDs corridos.

Haskins teve 4.580 jardas passadas, 47 TDs aéreos, 8 interceptações, 122 jardas e 4 TDs corridos.

Ele tem a chance de ir par ao Draft da NFL em 2019, mas após ser escolhido pelo Oakland Athletics no ano passado e assinado um contrato com bônus de $4,5 milhões de dólares, muitos acreditam que ele vai acabar jogando baseball profissionalmente no ano que vem.
